The ECT-i is optimized for use with a high-power engine and provides smooth and efficient shifts, even at highway speeds. With its lower-end torque and additional upper gears, this transmission keeps your performance optimized and helps you reach an estimated fuel economy of 26 MPG city and 35 MPG highway.¹

To further enhance your performance, you can choose between three driving modes: Sport, ECO, and Normal. Sport mode provides more responsive steering and acceleration, while ECO mode helps you extend the time between stops at the pump.

While the RAV4 may work hard, you’d never know it from the comfortable interior, with its available panoramic glass roof and available 8-inch full-color touchscreen display.

In total, you can accommodate up to five passengers between the front and rear rows, with a passenger volume of 98.9 cubic feet. Even with all five seats filled, you can still bring along 37.6 cubic feet of cargo. Need even more room? Fold down the rear row and access all 69.8 cubic feet of cargo space.

Loading up the trunk is easy, too with the available hands-free power liftgate. With the key fob in your pocket, simply kick your foot under the rear bumper and watch the hatch lift up automatically.

Other convenience features include the available Digital Rearview Mirror. This is helpful for when you have adults in the backseat or a full cargo area, and can’t see out your rear window. When activated, the rearview mirror will transform into a camera display of the area directly behind your car.
