2019 Toyota Corolla Trim Levels

Toyota Corolla L

The base level L trim includes the 1.8-liter 4-cylinder engine that’s standard on most of the trims. This engine produces 132 horsepower and 128 lb-ft of torque. The vehicle includes cloth seating and the Entune™ Audio system. This system features a 6.1-inch touchscreen with voice recognition, allowing you to easily select media from the radio, CD player, Bluetooth®-paired phone, or the media players connected through the USB/auxiliary input. The base trim, and all others, include the Toyota Safety Sense™ P suite of driver-assisting technology.

Corolla LE

The LE trim carries over the same engine and a lot of the same amenities. The interior is outfitted with premium fabric seating and the metallic interior trim. The LE also adds the convenience of the Multi-function in-key remote keyless entry system, allowing for easy access to the vehicle. This trim also adds the rear center armrest with cup holders.

LE Eco Trim

The major difference that the LE Eco Trim brings to the table is a retooled 1.8-liter 4-cylinder, which increases the horsepower to 140, slightly drops the torque to 126 lb-ft, and increases the fuel efficiency while reducing the emissions. This trim also includes the standard Entune™ Audio system and includes the premium fabric seating from the previous trim level.

Toyota Corolla XLE

The XLE trim brings back the base-level engine, but adds a slew of new features and style to the interior. The vehicle is outfitted with heated SofTex®-trimmed seats with the 8-way power adjustable driver’s seat. This trim also introduces the Entune™ Audio Plus system. This system includes a 7-inch touchscreen and includes the same amenities as the previous systems, but it adds HD Radio™, the Scout® GPS Link, and 3-months of SiriusXM® Satellite Radio.

SE Trim

The SE trim adds a sense of sportiness to the Toyota Corolla, most notably with pairing the engine with a 6-speed manual for a more engaged performance. This trim includes the sport instrument cluster and the SofTex®-trimmed front sport seats with premium fabric inserts. The biggest change to this trim from the previous ones is that its style has change in that the front fascia has an alternate look. It includes a sharper front end with the mesh grille rather than the vented one featured on the previous trims.

Corolla XSE

The XSE trim takes the sportiness of the previous trim and expands on it. It includes a different sport instrument cluster that displays more vehicle information. It includes the heated SofTex®-trimmed seats with power adjusters for added comfort. This trim carries over the Entune™ Audio Plus system, but offers drivers the option of opting for the Entune™ Premium Audio with Integrated Navigation and Entune® App Suite. This upgrade adds HD Radio™ Predictive Traffic and Doppler Weather overlay to help you plan an alternate route based on road and weather conditions.
