Each midsize SUV offers a dashboard-mounted touchscreen inside their respective cabins. Each touchscreen is seven inches and provides drivers with access to their assortment of media options. Driver-Assistance Technology

These midsize SUVs both incorporate driver-assistance technology. They each have exterior-mounted sensors that these features use to measure distance from objects ahead and the rate of approach. The Toyota RAV4 includes the Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection and Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist. Similarly, the Nissan Rogue offers the Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection and Intelligent Lane Intervention.

The 2019 Toyota RAV4 offers even more assistance with features like Road Sign Assist, Lane Tracing Assist, Automatic High Beams, and the Full-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. This feature is a cruise control system that can adapt to the flow of traffic and even slow down with requiring driver intervention. You’ll need some significant upgrades to have these features in the Nissan Rogue.
