• Brake System Warning- When you see this light, which simply says “BRAKE,” it means that there’s a malfunction with your braking system. Pull over to safety and turn the vehicle off. If the light continues to stay on, contact your Toyota dealer immediately.

• Parking Brake Warning- If your parking brake is engaged, this light will appear when you start your vehicle so you can release the brake before beginning your journey. This light appears as “PARK” on your dashboard.

• Electric Power Steering Warning- If you see a steering wheel icon with an exclamation point next to it, it means that there’s a malfunction with your power steering. Pull the vehicle over to safety and turn it off. If upon turning your vehicle back on, and the light remains, don’t resume your journey—contact your Toyota dealer immediately.

• Tire Pressure Warning Light- When you see the icon of a horseshoe with an exclamation point in the center, it indicates that your tire is low on air. You should pull over to the nearest gas station and use the air pump to bring your tire’s PSI to the appropriate level.
